From 1 October 2025 Same-Day Triage

· You can contact us 8am – 6:30pm, Mon–Fri (in person, phone, or online).

· All requests made during these hours will be reviewed the same day.

· A clinician will decide the best next step: 

✔ Advice or prescription 

✔ Referral to another service

 ✔ Appointment (same day if urgent, future date if routine)

· Requests made after 6:30pm or weekends will be reviewed the next working day.

For urgent problems when we are closed, please use NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency.
