From 1st October 2022 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) will deliver Enhanced Services offering appointments from 18:30 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 – 17:00 on Saturdays.
PCNs are groups of GP Practices working together to improve care, Hatters Health PCN is the Network made up of Bute House Medical Centre, Leagrave Surgery, Lister House Surgery, Oakley Surgery, Dr Mirza & Partners and Sundon Medical Centre.
You may be contacted to attend an appointment at any of our practices, all information will be shared with you registered GP and your clinical records updated. This will support easier access to primary care services so please do support by keeping your appointment whenever possible.
